Randy Turner has practiced law since 1990, representing individuals, businesses and local governments in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters. Most recently, Mr. Turner served as Managing Attorney in the Office of the County Attorney for Fulton County, Georgia (Georgia’s largest county government), where he worked closely with members of the elected Board of Commissioners and other top County officials on complex matters of taxation, finance, economic development and purchasing, as well as state and local legislation. In private practice, Mr. Turner has represented individuals and businesses, as well as local governments, in a wide variety of matters, ranging from personal injury claims to complex contractual disputes and claims based on alleged violations of state and/or federal civil rights laws.

Mr. Turner graduated from the University of Georgia in 1987, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Economics. Mr. Turner is a 1990 graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law.

Mr. Turner is authorized to practice law in all trial and appellate courts of the State of Georgia, including the State and Superior Courts of the various counties, as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court. Mr. Turner is also admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Turner has litigated numerous cases in the trial courts of the State of Georgia and the United States District Court, and he has practiced and appeared before the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
